The tiles are absolutely beautiful -- quality material, beautiful colors, gorgeous designs, easy to use with an exceptional feel. No supplemental items accompanied my order -- I received tiles only. But, I must say, the customer service I received from Rui Zi was exceptional. They were prompt in their communication and extremely helpful. If you already have all the Mahjong accessories and are just looking for some quality tiles, then I don't think you can go wrong here.

Beautiful tiles, arrived in good condition (no damage and all pieces included). However, the images on some of the tiles are shifted off center. Also the surface of the tiles are lightly scratched as if they have been already used. I expect scratching with use, but not on brand new tiles. I'm still in the process of contacting the shipper to see about replacement or discount.

A complete scam they advertised 10 complete sets and only delivered one set of tiles with no bags or racks and refused to make it right. Walmart wasn't much help I chatted with them multiple times was told I would get a refund and did not. I ended up returning the tiles and I'm still waiting on the money to be returned

Item stated 10 complete sets . Shows picture of 10 sets with bags. Description showed 10 sets of 260 tiles. One 1 set shipped. I notice in description they have now changed to 1 set but still show picture saying 10 complete sets 🤨. Very misleading

A- the listing was for 10 complete sets. Including pictures of 10 sets with carrying case and bag and racks! Listing stated several times 10 complete sets for gift giving. B- what was received was one set with a completely different case and no bag and no racks. ONE, not ten as listed several times!

This advertisement is a lie. I purchased and received one of the 10 items listed. And not what it was suppose to be. I sent a message through Walmart to the seller and no response after two weeks time. Very disappointed in service, value, and false advertising!

Fraudulent vendor. Bait and switch. They never sent the full order, just a single set of tiles, no racks, no pushers, no rack bags, no tile bags, no tote bags. They sent less than 10% of the order... 90% of my order is still missing. Don't buy from this vendor Everlin.

Do not buy from the seller! The seller lied/fraudulently misled the buyer. The item description indicated it included 10 complete sets of Mahjong tiles, racks, and storage bags. I received only one set of Mahjong tiles. The seller should not be allowed to list on Walmart's website!

While the tiles are lovely, there are not 10 sets, as described, but one set with one vinyl tile bag. No response from seller. Really disappointed that these are not as advertised and I can't get any response. Would not recommend, if you're expecting 10 sets with bags.

Received 1 set of tiles out of the 10 sets listed and pictured in the ad. Didn't receive any of the bags or racks listed and pictured in the ad. Did receive a substandard plastic bag. Vendor said what was sent was very nice he was not going to send the rest. He made a listing editing mistake. Very disappointed that he is allowed to send what he wants without informing me.
