I've had this thing for MAYBE 2 weeks. When I woke up one morning, I plugged it in. 10 minutes after placing it on on charger using the block and the cord that were shipped in the same box with the device , it over heated and burned the charging port as well as all the plastic around it. There is NO customer number to call. Good luck with the emails. They want YOU to jump through hoops of fire. I paid full price for Oculus Quest 2. I could have bought a refurbished one but decided not to. I'm not getting any money back and they say the one I get will probably be refurbished. I have a feeling there will be a class action in the future... the amount of people that had the same complaint were innumerable. These people dont understand, and they don't care either. Oh yeah... I received an email telling me that my device had been shipped. I just got it today, I opened it up and it is only the charging block...nothing else!

This is very disappointing being peek holiday season is right around the corner. My package is already a day late after making a call and it was rediculous that after being promised that it would be delivered by 8 yesterday, I got a text at 9 pm and again at 10 pm saying it was delayed. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Dislike both of my deliveries I specifically stated not to leave my package o my porch I have porch pirates and they still did anyway,I selected garage and left the code my second one was set at the end of my garage door closed and he blew the horn a pulled off,and it wasn’t able for pick up at the store.😡😡😡😡my blood pressure was high that week waiting for there garbage delivery service UPS😡😡😡😡😡

I paid $325 dolars for my son as a gift and 30 days later the right controler broke and walmart would not exchange or refund this is horrible i save for months to buy for my son and now i have to save to buy a controller i will never buy electronics from walmart again.

I can not believe it's been a month soon and no refund the seller has my money and a claim he put in with UPS and I still haven't gotten my refund be ware of this seller.

I ordered this only to be told before pick up that it wasn’t available and that a 10 day hold would be applied to my card for the amount. This is the 3rd this has happened when ordering from Walmart but will be the last😡

I'm returning it. It looks used the box is old and tore up. The parts were just thrown in the box. This is unacceptable. I want a refund.

The headset is not worth the money. The headset is full of annoying bugs and glitches and they began showing up literally right after my return period expired. Screw Facebook.

Please don’t do Walmart order delivery. My package was stolen by there 3rd party delivery drivers and instead of resolving the issue they told me to contact my bank and dispute it! SMH
