The Odo ban products do exactly what they say they will!! we have an older dog that urinates before we can get her outdoors. The smell was overwhelming. I bought several of these products. It really works.

It's a good name brand cleaning product normally is very pricey but for the 2 big gallon s and also a spray bottle with liquid of the product in it the price was well worth it I saved a lot for a wonderful product

If you own animals OdoBan products are a must have. They make life so much easier and healthier. BUT, THESE products by OdoBan are amazing. I mix regular odoban and the Hard Floor cleaner in a spray bottle, and use it for steam mopping my floors, and I exclusively use the carpet cleaner in my big carpet cleaning machine. I have well trained dogs, and they normally do not go in the house. However, times when I'm ill and can't get my dogs outside, my male dog will have his accidents in the bathroom in front of the toilet. I keep the hardfloor cleaner in a bottle beside the toilet with paper towels, and after the bulk of the mess is cleaned up, I always use the spray to clean up any residual smells and germs left behind. it's just part of keeping a sanitary house. and there are times friends bring their dogs over, who may not be so well trained, and I have had to pull out the rug scrubber to spot clean a carpet now and again. but, honestly, about 2 to 3 times a year, I move all my furniture and scrub my rugs just to make sure there is not a build up of dander and anything else that needs cleaned up. OdoBan gives me the confidence that I'm actually cleaning things and not just covering them up. My PINK OdoBan Gallons sit right beside my GREEN OdoBan products. these are staples in my home, and I like the carpet cleaner better than the ones put out by the carpet scrubbing machine companies. it doesn't take as long for the water to run clear when scrubbing my carpet when I use the odoban, and I take that to mean it's CLEANING things faster than other brands. it also doesn't leave your carpet or floors feeling sticky.

the box looks like it fell off the truck into a puddle. one big bottle is missing. i tried to submit for a replacement but it said i must return the entire shipment. that's the exact complaint i have, the shipment wasn't complete.
