In my opinion it is of great quality as well. The product was effective and it was a good value for money In terms of product received in the package container. The taste wasn't chalky like some other vitamins I've tried which was a plus for me. Once I run out of this I would definitely consider purchasing this instead of my normal product regime in the future.

The taste is amazing as Nature's Truth does NOT leave a trace of fishy aftertaste. It's lemon flavored and does not trigger reflux reactions like other fish oils.

They have a slight lemon scent and it does make a small difference when you take them, they aren't overpoweringly ‘fishy'. They do go down easily, but they would be perfect if the capsules were a teeny bit smaller.

I took them for a few weeks before reviewing but honestly I didn't notice any difference one way or the other. For a pill this big, I personally wouldn't recommend because I saw no benefits from them.
