the starter was missing its locking washers on the solenoid. i made it to autozone just in time and had to spend approx $10.00 on two sets of locking washers when i only needed two. so I'm finding it hard to believe it was a brand new item. i wish i took a picture, but if i took the time to do the review then i wouldnt have madeit to autozone in time. picture of autozone receipt. look at the time, they close at 10pm. the starter was already in the car when i realized its lockin washers where missing. nevermind the photo I guess. your app keeps saying there is an error uploading my photo. the time i mentioned before, it was 9:59pm.
