you just put in 2 AAA batteries and it automatically connects to tv. i thought i lost my tv remote so ordered this. and all buttons wotk. only difference is bottom or remote says onn roku tv. make sure u read discription of this remote and it is compatable with ur tv model. arrived early okay packaging.

i placed order for a hisense roku tv replacement remote but i got an onn roku tv remote instead. i know it's compatible with other roku tv but i would have loved to receive exactly what I ordered for. I'm not pleased with my purchase but i'm skeptical about returning it as i need it for my child to give me peace of mind
This is NOT a new item. It does NOT state that on the info page. It works but I am not happy about it not being new or that the info page is misleading.
I didn't receive the device I ordered. The device I received was for Hisense Roku TV not the compatible with TCL/Hisense/Hitachi/Haier/RCA/Philips/LG/Element/Sanyo ROKU TV. I was disappointed but I kept the device.
Terrible. I give it no stars however I could not continue the review. It came in a plastic bag with nothing else, no instructions. I went on line to figure this thing out and nothing works , no lights nothing. I want my money back.
it was the wrong remote and i would like to have the right one or a refund
supposed to be delivered the day after ordering, after well over 10 days past notification that the order was "delayed" i checked shipping to find out that it still hadn't shipped at all then after deciding to cancel order and request a refund I finally got a message that it was lost in transit. Nobody ever reached out at all or tried to make sure the order got fulfilled. ZERO stars is a more accurate rating. Get it together Walmart.
It doesn't work it's not the first time this is the second time that they've mailed me remotes that don't work sure they gave me credit off the bill and didn't make me pay for it but still nonetheless I remain stymied and don't have the replacement remote that's needed!
This remote quite simply doesn't work. No instructions came with it. Instructions would have been really helpful, because nothing is making this remote work. There is no pairing button on it and all the advice given on YouTube to make it work still don't make it work. If you are considering buying this remote, then please do yourself a favor and instead buy one with a pairing button. You will be doing yourself a big favor.
