I thought I'd have to special order this remote control from Vizio at a ridiculous price, instead I found it at Walmart. at a very low price. I love it, It's just too bad that somebody's already spilled soda into it, AGAIN?!?

No instructions with the remote and ones that came with sound bar are for the original remote. Can't get universal to work at all. Will probably return.

I was looking for a sound system remote, and ordered from them.After waiting three days the order came and when I opened it, Bammm it was a different remote. It was a random remote. I don't know why they marked one thing and send something else. When I email about the issue, he said things happen sometimes and asked me to take the photo of item and send you to them. No one got all the time to do these things. Returned the item today and I got my refund.
