Do you have a vampire circuit in your car or truck
Does your battery mysteriously go dead when it is not being used? Well I do and it causes all kinds of problems. The solution is Terminal Quick Disconnect. When I am not using my truck, I disconnect the battery by just turning the black knob. When I am ready to use my truck, I just tighten the black knob and I am ready to go. Installation is easy. Disconnect your negative terminal, install the switch on the battery and connect the battery cable to the switch. Make sure you loosen the Black knob before you install, this will make sure you get a good connection to the battery. Check all connections to make sure they are tight. There is one drawback. When you disconnect your battery, you reset your ECM (Engine Control Monitor). That means you have to run the engine for a while before the ECM works properly. My truck runs rough and dies sometimes until the ECM learns what to do. The best use is on your mower, ATV, or other small engine that uses a battery.

"Quick Disconnect"..Do not be fooled by that item description. The only thing "Quick" about this item is how fast I am going to trash it. Total waste of money.

Battery cut off switch
I love it. Don't have to worry about the battery in my Corvette anymore. I don't drive that much. The battery stays nice and charged.

Quality, does the job: easy disconnect
Got this for the house battery that needs an occasional disconnect. Good quality. Hopefully corrosion resistant in a salty environment.
