OEMASSIVE Car Remote Battery Disconnect Switch 12V 240A Battery Kill Switch for Auto RV ATV

This device has been a LIFESAVER for preventing my battery from going dead in about a week! I have a parasitic drawn of current after shut down, which I can't located.. This device once connected according to the schematic , allows electronic disconnect of the battery from all devices that draws current. It comes with to remotes. The down side is that there is no accompanying literature that allows you to understand what the meaning of the display lights on the device is telling you after install. Would love to know if those are confirming that I still have a parasitic current draw, when the device is connected, and connected to the battery but with the engine off. This device has saved me from having to recharge the battery every week. I have tried manual disconnects and those are so much more inconvenient, and are often awkward to install between battery terminal and battery cable! The down side it, when battery is disconnected the car computer losses some performance settings, and you have to drive for a while for it to "relearn those optimum settings it seems.

after a few times I had to go to the doctors only to miss the appointment due to a dead battery I decided to never go thru that again. something in my 1999 van was draining the battery every so often. researching things and found this marvelous gadget. inexpensive and easy to install and ending my bad surprises when I needed my van the most. A must have if your vehicle is not equipped with one already. Stop those untimely surprises.

Works well for my suburban, ignition and dash are shot so flicker constantly this helps not kill the battery every time shes shut off. love it

needed a Killswitch because I'm dealing with a parasitic drain tot he battery and this component does the trick. easy installment and im not particularly educated with cars. hope it works through the winter but im happy overall

purchased this to give me time to track down a 'ghost' voltage leak. Flexibility of design allowed us to make it work in a tight battery ompartment (limited clearance around battery and to hood). We did have one instance where the low voltage cut off kicked in and there wasn't evough voltage to turn starter, but otherwise, very happy with the product.

Will not work on Ford Edge because of location of the battery.
