Off Terrain .50in SYNTHETIC SOFT SHACKLE UHWMPE

I ordered an item six days ago and it was suppose to arrive yesterday, 7-31-2024. On the 29th I called and reported there was a delay occurring because it hadn't even shipped yet. I was told it had not been even assigned to a warehouse to fill the order. The company sells and fulfills the order. There was a ticket made to correct it. It didn't work. When I called today I was told there wasn't anything that could be done but cancel the order. I asked to elevate the problem and I was transferred to OMAR. He canceled the order before talking to me. There is no difference in authority from the first level to the next. It is a worthless level. I told him I needed the replacement order to be expedited in shipping. He said he didn't have that authority. I asked to elevate the problem above him and he refused. Evidently he is the TOP LEVEL in the company. I don't normally write reviews but this had to be written so others are aware. There is no guarantee that the same problem which didn't assign it to a warehouse for fulfillment won't happen again. BEWARE of problems with no solutions. This rating is a zero. I am looking elsewhere.
