This key fob came with no instructions and requiered the use of 2 pliers to get it to close. There are no instructions on the internet and the Walmart customer service representativas were unable to do anything but offer a refund. At that point, my key was out of the prior case which would not go back together. Very negative experience overall, both with the product and with WalMart.
