Excellent product. My hair has thinned following multiple surgeries. I feel it has been a soothing treatment and gives a more vibrant look to my hair and makes it look fuller.

The scent still gives a vanilla smell to it and a small amount goes along way you don’t need much to make it everywhere even with long hair. The shampoo & conditioner biotin & collagen give volume to my hair which is good…..the packaging of conditioner is useless so rigid you can’t squeeze the conditioner out … also cannot stand packaging upside down to dispense

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy to see that OGX has reformulated however, this Biotin + Collagen conditioner is just not the right fit for my particular hair type. I have very fine, damaged, dry hair and it almost seems worse after using this. OGX does not test on animals and they use a gentler sulfate alternative (completely sulfate free) which are both things I look for in hair products. I absolutely love the rich, creamy texture and amazing smell. It reminds me of blooming flowers with a hint of vanilla. A little goes a long way and coats the hair nicely. The purple, stylish bottles are beautiful and easy to hold/dispense product from. It is an affordable option and may work well for others.
