Altho I'm not pregnant, I love these tank tops to wear as a jammie top on hot summer nights. The side ruching makes them comfortable no matter your shape.
This tank is perfect. I have a long torso and this tank is long enough on me and gives plenty of space for my growing bump. I also like that the straps on top are wide enough that you can wear your bra without the straps showing. I ordered a medium and it fits true to size.
Was looking for the Time and Tru brand of this shirt which is PERFECT and cheaper. But since I couldn't find them anymore ,I decided to try these. I wish I hadn't… the arm holes are too small and I do NOT have large arms comparatively. I'm not pregnant but just LOVE having nothing tight around my tummy when relaxing in the comfort of my own home. So maternity is sometimes the way to go. Also the neck hole is too loose. Stretch is good and fabric is just fine. How could this brand get it so wrong?! Otherwise the length is good and width is too. So I'll take some cuts under the arms and safety pin the neck-hole. Sigh…
(same item, different color, same review) Ordered an extra large; seems a little small. Material is very very thin (see-through). Not sure how much cotton is actually in it, but it doesn't feel like 95%. It is long enough, thankfully, and I think will fit for a while.
I have a hard time finding tank tops that fit my shoulders. Most of them are too big and have to fix the straps a little bit. I normally wear between a med and large. I ordered a medium and the straps seems ok. The top does come down pretty low and you can see more cleavage then I like (lol). It was a little tight through the belly so I'm not sure how long I'll be able to wear it. I am currently 20 weeks and I think the bigger I get the tighter the shirt will be. I'm afraid if I ordered a large it would be too big overall. If you normally have a hard time with tank tops and fitting your upper body I wouldn't suggest this top. It does seem like a good quality top though.
The value of getting two tanks for the price is awesome. The tanks are cute, and good quality. However, I ordered size XL for both tanks (and that is what the tags say). After I washed them both in the same load, the same way, one tank was too big and the other tank was snug. They definitely did not seem to be the same size! Bummer!
If you are wanting to look like you're not wearing a shirt, this is the one for you. Often a white shirt will show the dark band of my maternity bottoms, but this shirt… I could see my skin colored bra and even a dark mole on my ribcage. The fabric is terrible. I also found the size to run small in comparison to the same brand and style (also white) tank top I bought last summer at Walmart. Just don't buy this— not worth the time to wait for delivery and then the hassle of returning the shirt. (I've included two pictures— the one where you can see the tag is through two layers of fabric, my Apple Watch is shown through one layer. I wasn't going to show myself wearing this because it's that inappropriate.)
Feels like plastic. Obviously not as much cotton content as claimed! Not sure it will be wearable. This black material is thicker fabric than the others (the white or the gray). Feels terrible on the skin. It seems small for the size, but is actually long enough (for now).
I didn't think it was possible to have a stretchy tank top made this poorly. I started to try it on but it was WAY too small and the fabric was thin, scratchy, and barely stretched at all. Compared to similar products from other similar stores, this is by far the worst. For comparison, I have size medium maternity tank tops from three other retailers and they are very stretchy and slightly big on me. You are better off with literally anything else, including non-maternity tank tops in one size up.
Super uncomfortable Was not stretchy material. You would have to size up a lot to be comfortable in it and probably would fit in properly.
