Plants arrived quickly in good condition and excellent packaging. Overall a little expensive but considering the logistics of shipping plants, it makes sense. The plants were healthy with new leaves growing and the soil was still moist. Would order from this company again.
Very impressed with the packing and shipping. When my plant arrived (during this terrible winter weather, even through delays) it was still healthy and beautiful. Such care went in to packing this live plant. Highly recommend! Hirt's Gardens went above and beyond with my order from Walmart and I'm very pleased. Thank you to both Hirt's Gardens and Walmart!!
I thought it was a bit the smaller scale. It looks healthy and expect it will grow. Well packaged. Overall very pleased.
Plant came in a box that was too small so the leaves are all bunched up. Also came in with powdery mildew and brown spots hopefully it's damaged spots not a fungus. Pretty tall and has some new growth on it.
I've ordered a Bay Laurel plant from this seller before, and it was fine. the one I recently ordered was outside of the bubble wrap and smashed against the inside of the box. the leaves were all bent, some of them dead or dying, and the biggest leaves had a mold like substance on them. the soil it was in was barely moist. I don't think I'll be buying from this seller again, but you can take your chances
The bay laurel plant arrived with brown spots on the leaves, blackened dead stem ends, very small plant not healthy at all. Paid over $17 for this ONE plant, 3" tall. Very poor quality product, and the customer service is also very poor. Seller refused requested replacement and offered a partial refund instead. However, they did not process the refund! I had to ask Walmart.com to step in. I would not recommend using this seller. It appears they have a child answering emails, who said, "Mom said...". Unprofessional! I did advise the seller a poor review was merited, but they chose not to respond.
Poor excuse for a plant! It is nothing more than a 3 inch cutting in dirt. I doubt it has any roots on it. A lot of money and shipping charges for what I got. Terrible, shame on the seller.
It is very tiny, half of inch.
Mine arrived with two leaves, I would say it was below my expectations.
This plant died because of the root system was weak upon arriving! Cuttings. when a customer orders a plant, it should live not to die before you reap the harvest. Bad Business! Should have written before now. My husband passed around that time, and it slipped by! I WILL SPREAD YOUR PRACTICE!
