Ordered the 2 gal and 3 gal crocks. Although my 2 gal is currently on back-order, the 3 gal arrived right away and was packed beautifully. Even though I initially was hesitant because of the price, the quality is excellent and I can see these will last a lifetime. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and look forward to using them.

good crock but very plain

This pot was 4 days late after there text that it was out for delivery. When it was left on my front porch I no owned it and it was broken in a dozen pieces there was absolutely no padding around it in the box

You need a new shipping company. My order arrived in numerous pieces in the box. readily apparent the package had taken a blow during shipping. Still waiting for replacement. I think it's on a slow boat5 from China.
