I do use the mouth tape together with a Quiet-Z mouthguard that keeps my lower jar pulled forward. The combination works great to stop snoring. (I record myself sleeping, and rarely hear any snoring now.)

Tape holds well during the night to stop mouth breathing. The X design helps told but does not damage or rip delicate lip area. I do recommend these and I will buy again

The most effective product to prevent snoring
I absolutely love it! Ever since I started using it, I've noticed a significant stop in my snoring at night. This has greatly improved my sleep quality, both during the day and at night. I feel more rested and refreshed, and my family members have also commented on how much quieter it is now when I sleep. It's truly made a positive difference in my life!

Good product
They get the job done but I have used better mouth tapes. I do like them and will use the whole box. Definitely works.

Most packages are 120 count. This is 90 for same price. This is a good product but not the best value
