Patches stop pods from accidentally ripping off! I play tennis and used to have problems with Omnipods coming off while playing - have not had this issue once I started using these patches. They do hurt a little when taking them off if you have leg hair, but overall worth it.

These patches are very comfortable and stretchy. The only downside is that all the patches that feel softer on the outside always stay damp for a bit after a shower, even after wiping off the patch.

This fits on your Omnipod 5 to prevent catching it in something. I find the way backing is designed to be removed makes backing prone to sticking to itself and ends up in my waste basket. I'm suspicious the product often comes after sitting around too long at the warehouse because paper backing comes off the patch but sticks to the adhesive. The ones that peel properly are great.
