I was nervous because of the great price. But, the quality is just as amazing as the price. The picture and sound quality are awesome!!!! There is a subscription to actually record happenings. However, it’s only $4.15 a month. This was well worth the money!!!

A little overwhelmed when opening box. Then mounted one by one after activating and was very pleased with product.

It was pretty easy to use once you figured out what to do with it. The mouse is probably the easier thing I haven't used it yet, but I need to but picture qualities is perfect.

Offer extended cords or an additional cord to plug in from the power supply to the camera. Offer different colors to blend in with houses so as not easily detectable

Very easy to install. cameras work from a decent distance. Night view is clear.

Two cameras arrived within two days. The sharpness and sensitivity are great. One thing to note is that each camera could not be detected by the dvr until connected to the dvr with a cat5 cable. After connection I was able to detect and assign the camera to a dvr channel and then disconnect the cat5 cable. There is a utube video that goes through the camera setup. I am very pleased with these cameras.

you have to pay for cloud storage which is expensive but when I finally decided to do it then I found out it's only for 1 camera so you have to pay that times 4 which is absolutely ridiculous. the motion detection doesn't work more than half the time. the sound hardly works and isn't clear, the picture quality is ok during the day but night vision sucks. completely wasted my money with this
