easy installation, these cameras have very good night vision.

We just finished installing some of the cameras and they work great!! Has pretty good audio. So to go more in depth with the setup. NVR/Camera Setup: I first went ahead and assigned a static IP on the NVR before connecting it to my network and also ran the cabling and mounted the cameras as well obviously. I did not have to set an IP for each individual camera only the NVR. So it's as simple as plug and play. I went ahead and got CAT6 cable and ran because I dont like the regular CAT5e cable that it comes with but you can use it if you want. You dont need to have a monitor plugged into it all time, instead you can download the app on your phone or computer and voila. I really love that even if you have the camera upside down, theres a rotation feature that will flip the video right side up which was ?? had to do very little adjusting.

About a year ago, I purchased another Chinese-made product, which repeatedly had display and connectivity issues and eventually failed to start up altogether. Given the unreliable warranty based on past experiences, I decided to switch and purchased this product. The phone support and the advertised 2-year warranty were appealing features. The product is well-built compared to the previous one, providing a sense of security. Although the cameras have the same 5-megapixel resolution, the image quality is sharper, and they can capture a wider range. The NVR's sound is quiet, and with the app, I can check past videos from my smartphone, which personally satisfies me a lot. It was a good purchase.

The design and image quality of the camera are excellent, and setup is not required, particularly. The app is also user-friendly, and I am satisfied!! Customer support is also perfect!! I will definitely place another order when I need additional cameras (^-^)

It's been a day since installation, and the 1TB HDD is only about 3% utilized. It seems like it can record continuously for about a month. The infrared footage is also clear and very good. Although I formatted it, it seems unnecessary. The cables have LEDs, so you can see if they're working during installation, which is reassuring. I initially thought it needed POE because of the power cable on the camera, but it can be connected to the main unit with just LAN cables for other systems. I think it's a great purchase.

The camera set arrived the next day, thank you. As soon as it arrived, I checked all the parts. The camera body and the recording device are protected in bags, so there are no scratches. When powered on, there's hardly any operational noise. The video is in 1080p and looks crisp. The remote monitoring via the app also provides very clear footage. I tested the night vision function too; it shows clear black and white footage and the LEDs automatically lit up when placed in a dimly lit room. I wanted to install a camera in the garden where power is not accessible, so I opted for this type with LAN cable power supply. I also contacted support regarding how to use the waterproof cap for the camera, and they kindly explained it to me. As for drawbacks, it doesn't have audio functionality. However, for home use, I think it's okay.

Not bad for the price. The manual was not very good and made setup a little difficult. Not sure what else can be said at this point as it is still new and have not seen how well it will last.

Overall a good camera. The image quality is amazing and if you have the app you can zoom in on the video. My only hang up is the night vision and placement. I had 2 in windows at first to see what the quality would be but at night, the lights from the night vision reflected off the glass so it doesn't show anything. We installed one outside but because part of the view is under an awning, it is reflecting back slightly so the image is darker than it should be (see photos). I have one installed inside the house (sorry won't post a picture of that) and when all the lights are off, the image and video are super clear and detailed. So I definitely recommend playing with the placement of the cameras before completely installing to make sure you get a clear image. The app is good too. I work graveyard and will get notifications of movements (usually triggered by my cats) so I have peace of mind while I'm away. Would definitely recommend.
