Looking for a system that would be free of ongoing fees and allowed viewing from a smartphone. I found the perfect system. Purchased 8 camera system with 4 cameras. Also ordered a pan and tilt camera to add on. System is simple to set up. In fact, the 4 cameras that came with it are already paired right out of the box. Just plug in and you are operating. Adding the pan and tilt was easy following the directions. Range was good but became even better using the built-in repeater function from camera to camera. Picture quality is great. I would recommend viewing and downloading directions from the manufacturer's website. App for phone works well. I did use the 30-foot power extension cords. I would highly recommend as the quality is worth the cost. All in all very happy. Great product at a fantastic price.

Previously, neighboring residents had been causing disturbances, leading to the installation of security cameras in surrounding homes. While we had previously relied on sensor lights and door chimes for security, a recent incident at our home, coupled with advice from the police, prompted us to swiftly decide on installing security cameras. Upon purchasing, we sought high-resolution cameras with easy setup and long-term recording capabilities, ultimately settling on this product after searching for devices for about two cameras. These security cameras allow for immediate video confirmation upon plugging the monitor and camera into an outlet, with the added convenience of high-capacity recording and playback speeds ranging from double to eight times. We promptly installed them outdoors and have been utilizing them for security purposes. The images are of high quality and clear, and the large monitor makes viewing very easy. Additionally, the ability to remotely monitor via smartphone even when away from home adds significant convenience. My wife has expressed a considerable increase in peace of mind when leaving the house, and we are both very satisfied with this purchase.

Before purchasing, I was worried about the image quality because of the low price. However, the product that arrived had a very good image quality. Surprisingly, it had better image quality than the old surveillance camera that cost over 100,000 yen. The initial setup of the monitor was very smooth. It took only a few seconds for the camera to start up and connect during the initial setup of the monitor. The recording function also worked well; it recorded from the moment the power was plugged in and the camera was operating. The exterior of the camera is made of metal and has a high-quality feel. The range of the wireless signal is good, and it can connect without any problems within about 10 meters with two walls in between. The attached images show the monitor mounted on the wall, a photo of the lens part of the camera, and an image of the surveillance camera's image quality.

A great system picture quality is very good. Easy to install. My only complaints would be the screws provided strip easily so I used some different ones. And to hook into our satellite internet It has to be plugged into the router I would like it if it could connect wirelessly so I could view on my TV because our router is in our laundry room hardwired in.

This is superb quality for the price. The app that goes along with it works well (there are two different apps that both work: IP pro and Esee cloud). They are a little difficult to install due to all the moving pieces, and you will likely need two people. I really love this product overall.

Loving the cameras so far, I was having trouble setting them up on my phone the tech that helped me with my problem was very nice on helping me, shout out to Will, but the cameras so far I am loving them I have been looking for some cameras like these.

The moving picture is CHOPPY, not smooth. YOU CANNOT REWIND. Fast forward is also choppy, because the original is choppy. These two issues are a big deal for me because I use them to find small, quick movements in a 2-second timeframe when a worker has either made a mistake or stolen. It is much more difficult to navigate these recordings than in my other system, which was hardwired, and so was very smooth playback forward or backward. I have had to email/call for help with an issue 3 or 4 times in the last 3 years. When you call the number during the day, you leave a message and they will call you back from a foreign country in about 7 hours (exactly, no exaggeration), in the evening when you are home for the day. Or, you can use the email. The techs DID help me fix the glitches that would randomly crop up, but it's a process. One of the fixes involved taking the screws off of the motherboard, unplugging the wires on the inside and plugging them back in.... I'm no computer tech, it was strange to be doing that. OFTEN, 1-3 cameras just go blank - no idea why, and for varying lengths of time. Sometimes we have to unplug it to reboot. Also, the feature in your cell phone where you can view what's happening on the cameras has limited options: as in, you can't rewind or fast forward. You can playback, but you have to watch in regular time which is not generally helpful. So, although it is handy to be able to watch the live feed, it would be even more handy to be able to navigate playback fast forward from the cell phone.
