[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A pretty tasty yogurt at a healthy level. Not a lot of sugar. Lots of protein for your body. The flavor was good as well. I would recommend this to anyone.

Good protein based yogurt drink
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These yogurt based protein drinks pack a punch with 23 grams of protein and only 130 calories. They are also low fat with just 1.5 grams of fat. I have not tried the other flavors but the strawberry is good if not just a tad too sweet for me. The consistency is just right, not too thick or thin, and it’s a good recovery drink after workouts.

taste was ok, but texture not like a smoothie. more like watered down yogurt. price is too much for the size and product. no info on the bottle as to what the benefits or purpose is.

This was a massive fail for me. A stark disappointment when compared to Oikos Pro yogurt smoothie drink, which is a 5 star product I heartily recommend to everyone. This tasted awful. Better than most other nutritional drinks but still awful.

Don't do it.
I purchased this because it's a lot cheaper thank the 30g Chobani strawberry drink. I couldn't even force myself to finish this! Disgusting.. I purchased like 3 and tossed all of them. I'll pay the extra for the Chobani 30g!! I checked to make sure they weren't expired.. and they weren't .. they just taste like that! And just FYI the Chobani 30g tastes way better than the Chobani 20g.. and anything tastes better than the Oikos protein drink.

Instant stomach acid
In an effort to be healthier, I purchased this and lived to regret it for about twenty hours. This gut friendly drink is also mislabeled as gut-friendly. The bloating stomach ache and stomach acid lasted for almost an entire day even after taking Tums.
