I liked the overall appearance of both the deadbolt %26 doorknob knob. The deadbolt works perfectly. If the doorknob worked as well, I would've given the rating a five out of five, but it did not. The inside gears seem to be off. After about three days of use, the doorknob stopped working properly. We no longer use the lock aspect of the knob, for fear of it sticking in the locked position.

Sent a dirty, used lock with only 1 key
I was sent a used lock set with 1 dirty key, not the 4 specified in the description. The pieces were unwrapped and not all there. The only tape on the box had been put on after my address label was placed on the box, making it possible for the person who took the keys to have my address. So I returned the lock.

Do not use!!
Horrible product. I took it out of the package and the guts fell out of the door handle piece. would ask for a replacement but I figured it would be the same.

Deadbolt ok, knob useless
Took awhile to install but only got the desdbolt in. Something was seriously wrong with the mechanics of the knob. When installed, the door would not open when locked unless the key was used, making your options to leave it unlocked whole home or use another door to leave your locked house. While trying to figure out how to get the lock to make the knob return to unlocked position sithout inserting thr key, the lock stem broke, making the knob entirely useless.

This knob is horrible. Instructions are horrible and I had to chisel metal just to get it to fit inside the other knob. Poor quality

the worst!
literally the worst deadbolt and door handles I have ever installed in my life. spend a few more bucks and buy a different brand. spare yourself.
