OKAI Neon Pro Foldable Electric Scooter w/ 50 Miles Max Operating Range & 20 mph Max Speed - Black

I had purchased an OKAI Neon scooter to help eliminate my daily commute to/from work, as well as neighborhood shopping and errand running.I opted for the OKA Neon I instead of the Ninebot or other competitors after weeks of research... let's just say the good out way the bad and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be following the brand for the next wave of products.

We made a purchase of a few of these for a large warehouse so some of the staff can get around quicker when they need to between the warehouse and our office and lot. Out of the 10 we bought none of them have had any issues thus far. The team enjoys them. We might look into a few eBikes with cargo areas as well to add to our fleet.

I'm a second year college student living on limited means, I couldn't be more grateful to my grandparents (Grandma and Pop Pop!!!) for gifting me the OKAI Pro! This electric scooter has revolutionized my campus life, making it easy and fun to zip between classes, the library, and social events. Eternally thankful to my grandparents for such a thoughtful, life-enhancing gift that has truly made my college experience better in so many ways! I'm now an electric scooter rider for the rest of my hopefully educated life!

Received it about a week or two ago, the wife and I are loving it. So much so we're saving for one more so we can ride together sometimes. Customer service at OKAI was great, had a few issues ordering and they were able to help us out in a breeze. While nobody likes issues, knowing you get a friendly rep improves how you view a company for future products.

As a previous Segway Ninebot Max owner, I recently decided to upgrade to the 4 year newer NEON Pro, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. The performance of the NEON Pro surpasses that of my old scooter and it is less clunky! Although I enjoyed my time with the Segway Ninebot Max G30P, the OKAI has proven to be a fantastic upgrade, delivering better performance, style, and convenience. The visibility of the Pro makes it the safer choice also. It's truly an excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their electric scooter experience.

Roommate and I each bought one to get around our beach town with or go bar hopping. The lights are dope and probably the main reason we first went with the Neon Pro but after riding it around some now it's been so much more than that we enjoy. While the bright lights make it a perfect companion for a night ride, the foldable handle bars and deck grip made were an added benefit.

I just bought the neon pro, it's pretty solid with some cool lights that the other didn't have. Wasn't sure if the lights would effect the battery but it still got amazing range for each charge. I also like the fact you can carry it around easily because the weight is evenly distributed.

I have genuinely mixed feelings about the OKAI Neon Pro. On one hand, it offers a greener alternative to gas-powered vehicles, reducing carbon emissions and urban congestion. However, I'm concerned about the environmental impact of the scooter's battery production and disposal, as well as the energy sources used for recharging. I wish OKAI (this brand is one of the best kept secrets out there!) discloses these practices! I would urge potential buyers to carefully consider the environmental implications and opt for sustainable practices, such as proper battery disposal and using clean energy sources for charging.

I just upgraded from the Neon Lite to the Neon Pro. It's range and top speeds are great. The acceleration is way quicker and I perfer the tubless tires. I do think the braking on it could be improved and a brighter LCD display but all in all it's a fair price for the attributes it has when compared to the other commuter brands.
