my hair had been so dried out it was brittle and breaking off there was no curl it was all frizz I knew that this product as soon as I put it on the way it felt on my hair I really believed it was going to work and when I was out of the shower and had dried my hair it had a very soft appearance and it wasn't a miracle but my hair and the curls were there they weren't as pronounced as they were but I really hope that after using it a few more times it will do what it's supposed to do I say my hair was very damaged and just using it one time I noticed a big difference and it smells good too!!

I have wavy to moderately curly hair that is highly reactive to humidity. I like this product because it left my hair soft, enhanced the curl pattern without creating additional frizz, and it smells great!

I love the smell and the texture of this conditioner. I can't wait to use this because I know this is the conditioner I've been looking for.

I have 3A/B curls and this was great for my hair! Sometimes curl conditioners end up being too heavy, but this was light and moisturizing at the same time. Made it really easy to detangle my hair in the shower (I always do this with a wet brush). I used this through the length of my hair, and not on my scalp!

My son used many conditioner types. this one is perfect for his thick curly hair.

Very happy with this product. The scent is uniquely similar to the other Miami products, which oddly is not tropical in any way. (coconut on label made me think tropical scent) It’s just a clean scent. Not flowery, overwhelming or clashy. This step 3 is very concentrated and a tiny bit goes a long way. The price seemed high to me, until you use it and see how little of the product it takes for the job and how much your natural curls will love it. Honestly, the step 1 Miami shampoo leaves your hair feeling clean and soft while rinsing out easily, so conditioner seems unneeded, but after adding the step 3 conditioner, my hair seems to have more spring and recovery. This Florida humidity tends to make hair frizz immediately, but the Miami products have put the brakes on that.

it worked like other conditioners not worth the high $ amount i couldn't run my fingers thru my hair with the conditioner in it very well

Conditioner is perfect for curly hair. Easy to use, pleasant aroma.

It doesn't detangle my hair at all. It does have a somewhat pleasant smell kinda like cucumber and pineapple. However u need a lot of it to cover all the hair… it doesn't spread that easily. And quite expensive for such a small bottle. There are many other conditioners with bigger volume and better detangling and moisturising abilities. I have medium to long length hair, its thickness is average and its wavy to curly textured, and a single use of this conditioner already used up 1/5 of the bottle because you would have to use a lot to cover the whole head. Not worth it.

This is supposed to be conditioner. The instructions are for shampoo and somewhere on the label it says "step 3, cleanse and nourish". It does not lather and feels like a conditioner. It smells nice but is too heavy to be a leave-in. I could not get the pump to unlock, even after holding it under warm water and trying every other trick I've used before.
