OKAZU Japanese Chili Miso Oil 8oz- Made in North America by Abokichi

Given that I've already gone through two jars--it's been an amazing addition to my pantry and has become a staple in this house. I cook a lot of different kinds of food and my husband will often ask if I can add a dollop of it to whatever I'm cooking (he's hooked too!) Tempura Yup. Noodles Yup. Rice Yup. Meat Yup. Veggies Double yup.

My addiction to the Chilli Miso, the Spicy Chilli Miso, and the Curry Miso is ALMOST becoming a problem. I find a way to slip it into every dinner. LOVE IT! Have managed to get most of my friends and family addicted to it too. Don't buy one. Buy 5 at a time. Trust me.

Perfectly umami and you can taste the flavor (not just spice). I love how this option of less chili is available. I love eating this version when I am not feeling very spicy for that meal. No big chunks inside that are inedible, not overwhelmingly made of oil like some brands. Flavor is nice and rounded - I find some chilli oils I have tried taste too much of one ingredient

We tried this at the One of a Kind show and absolutely loved it. I went through it so fast I ordered another 4 online plus one of the miso curry and loved that too. I will definitely be ordering more, we are vegan and it is such a fantastic seasoning for almost everything!! Try it and you'll be hooked :)

This has an excellent flavour profile! This is a very approachable chili oil for beginners who have never tried a condiment like this to folks who have been using it in their usual cooking! It is mild enough that it has a nice kick and doesn't scare away anyone who is a bit hesitant trying something that is a little spicy.

I've tried all three kinds of Okazu and each one is so delicious! They are truly gourmet condiments. We use them on eggs, in sandwiches and to liven up soups. I'm sure we're only just beginning to explore ways to use Okazu! I look forward to finding creative ways to using Okazu!!

This product is AMAZING. I make my own dumplings at home and have used both chili miso and the spicy chili miso as part of the dipping sauce. It elevates my dumplings to a whole new level. I love it on rice, noodles, eggs, pasta and sashimi. As someone who appreciates good food, the product delivers on taste and quality. The umami component is extremely addictive. So glad it's easy to order the products online.

I've been buying this sauce for a few years now. In February, I traveled to Dubai to visit my brother and sister-in-law and they fell in love with it. On my next trip in May, I brought them a case because they put it on everything (that's how much they love it!). Just recently, I ordered another case, plus two of trial packs that have all three sauces. I love this stuff! :)

Love Love Love this product. I have a spice tolerance between 0 and low and this product provides the perfect amount of it (though admittedly, the last batch seemed a bit zippier than normal, but it's all good:)) I had never heard of this product before getting it in a foodie pages set (it was a top product one year and part of a "best of" offer they had around the holidays in 2015 and I am officially hooked. I was so happy to see you at the one of a kind show last christmas and hope i see your Okazu in more places:D LOVE LOVE LOVE this product

Originally discovered at "One of a Kind" show in Toronto. Really enjoyed and then came the realization that my jar was quickly running out of content. Now came the realization that the closest retailer was in Guelph and they had none in stock. This forced me to bite the bullet and order online. Wonderfully easy but would be nice to be able to pick up jars locally in SW Ontario. Love this product.
