This product was delivered really quickly which was nice. However, when we opened the box we found 2 pieces of the table were damaged. Where the damage is not horrible the fact is you pay a lot of money for things and the last thing you want is for it to be damaged. I emailed the email address that was on the instructions yet I never heard from them! I love the tables, I even bought a TV stand and entry way table ( I use as a coffee bar) they are all good quality, very sturdy and look great but the side tables are damaged and I know it's there. So little disappointing that they are damaged and I was never emailed back to rectify it. Other wise would rate a 5

If I could give this product 0 stars I would. Started putting this together this morning and when I went to turn it over to add another component, I heard a load cracking sound. I looked and the entire board had fallen down and literally destroyed the hole for the dowel and metal screw. No matter what I did, that hole now would not allow me to tighten the screw in place and for the bottom to stand and be stabilized. The crack destroyed the aesthetic of the particle board material which obviously cannot be repaired. Needless to say, this was a waste of $200 and I've been livid every since I dumped this trash in the dumpster. I will NEVER buy another faux wood product because of the inferior wood and particle board used my manufacturers today. Give us quality products that will ensure other buyers won't experience what I did today.
