This bed totally exceeded my expectations. It's exactly what I was looking for—firm, modern, a little rustic, but still looks elegant. I also love the tall headboard and the drawers. It took about 3 hours to put together, so be ready to be patient, but honestly, it's worth it in the end. The only thing that might be a bit frustrating is when you're screwing in and joining the headboard panels. One of mine got slightly misaligned even though I tightened it gently, and I couldn't fully fix it after. So just make sure to go really easy when tightening those parts.

I love the color and design—it's absolutely wonderful. The storage area underneath looks very elegant. I initially received the item with a missing piece, but customer service was very helpful and quickly sent the replacement.

There was about 10,000 parts to put together. Its time consuming so dont expect to have ot done in minutes it will be more like hours. Storage bins are very thin cant store any heavy in there..It looks like as pictured .

Beautiful bed and fitted my needs with extra storage. However slat connectors were missing a crucial part of bed. Didn't realize they were missing till end of assembly. Tried reaching out to the company just got the run around. I am sure I could of returned but it took me two solid days putting it together and also not sure if I would have had to pay for shipping. All i needed was the connectors, fortunately was able to buy them off Amazon, another twenty dollars. All I can say is buyer beware.

Assembly directions were awful for the drawers. Stickers identifying the different pieces all fell off in the box so it was a guessing game. This is not an easy bed to assemble or disassemble if you're moving soon or move bedrooms around a lot. The way it's built, once it's up you might as well leave it behind if you move. Once it is completed it is very pretty but I would have paid the extra for a more assembly friendly bed. Definitely do a box spring because the would stabilizers are cheap and not functional the way they are designed.

When I received this order, the color was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. The seller was unapologetic and refused to take responsibility or accept a return, even though the product was not as described. This experience was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing from this vendor — they do not stand behind their products or value their customers.

They advertise it as a light colored bed but when you get it in the mail, it comes in two extremely heavy boxes. Paid someone to come assemble it and it cost me $150 for that guy to come just to realize the bed is a way dark gray, they won't offer any kind of refund and “won't believe you” unless you send a picture even when you package it back up to ship back to them. The return will cost you $120, don't even buy it and I will never buy from that company again
