1. I was charged exactly, the posted price. 2. The item arrived before the estimated time. 3. The item worked (and continues to do so) perfectly. 4. I have used the item on both my Galaxy S4 phone and and Windows 10 laptop with issue. Of note: No additional software was required on the Windows 10 machine as I used my built in web cam software. I would not recommend installing the software that comes with the camera as it has built in ads and attempts to get you to upgrade to something else. I recommend that one goes to the Google Play store to download and install a piece of software named "OTG View". It's free to download and use. It works perfectly and does not contain any ads.

For the price point, the picture was very clear, and the lighting was better than I expected. Unfortunately, I was unable to get it to work with any Android phone, and we tried several. Luckily, I was able to get it to work flawlessly with my laptop.

Image quality is quite good and initial setup is easy. I wanted to use the camera to follow some cables in the wall but the camera wire is so flexible that you can't control its direction. To use it for this purpose you'll need to attach it to a stiffer wire that you can maneuver.

Camera works well with quality picture. My only complain would be the cable itself is not stiff enough to extend the entire length. I had to use copper wire to get it to reach what I bought it for.

Initially indicated it could be used with a tablet as well as a phone. Reality is it only works with a phone. Worse, it only works with certain phones.

very disappointed. This will not load on any phone or tablet even with OTG cable. no drivers, in 6 months I still have not been able to use it so be your own judge. BTW my tablets

does not fit a samsung phone

Wouldn't work on Android phone or android 3 tablets. Took long time to get.
