I've used O'keefs on a regular basis both for my hands and my feet. It really works. It may seem a bit expensive but it does work and I believe it's worth it to keep my hands and feet healthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw some improvement after the first use, but did not see any continued benefit after using it for a week. I didn't really like the feel of it, it felt very oily and like it was just sitting on the skin. It did have a nice cooling sensation.
