Oklahoma Joe's® 3-Inch Smoker Gauge

I bought an OK smoker, it had 1 temp gauge and a spot for another. So I bought a second temp gauge for even heat observation. Hands down best traditional smoker I have ever owned. No pellets with this one, lump coal and apple wood for this guy. Highly recommend a OK Joe's smoker…

My husband built the PIT in 2003, using his backyard welding rig. The thermostat was destroyed in the flood of 2016. After a lengthy illness he passed in February 2021. As a tribute to him I revived the PIT. I needed the best thermostat made because I didn't know l the heat needed for the outcome I wanted. I found the 3-inch smoker guage and the outcome was perfect. Thank You

The gauges allowed me to smoke some great barbecue for my family. Easy to read and they are an original product for my smoker.

I've used my new gauges only once since installing on my smoker. I purchased two as to get a better heat reading in my smoker. They work great and I recommend upgrading your gauges.

Thanks Oklahoma! I'm pretty happy with it so far. The upgraded gauges are working great. The old burners are rusted through and it's really hard to remove/replace them. Any suggestions as to how I can remove them? Other than that, any suggestions for a good temperature thermometer for meat? Bob Orallo

I bought this to have two functioning measures of temp in my reverse highland. The hope was to keep a better measurement of the temps and keep the fire steady. So far it's working great. About a 25-35 degree temp difference between the two probes when running.

I bought my smoker grill and after I assembled it, I noticed mine didnt come with a thermometer (I assume it was missed in packaging) so I noticed there were 2 ports so I bought 2.

liked how easy it fits in smoker. Temperature is off. Used boiling water and temperature was about 200 degrees should have been 212 degrees

Seems to be working well....I am an avid smoker and have used numerous temperature gauges...it is very soon to leave a review since I have only used it once....but going by other reviews I ordered it....Seems to do the job...only giving it 4 stars because only time will tell if it continues with accurate readings of temperatures....don't want to give 5 stars until I know for sure. I will update after some months have passed...

Bought these for my Oklahoma Joe smoker and they broke before i could finish my first smoke. I was curious if the thermostats were accurate since there was over a 30 degree difference in temp. I swapped them from one hole to the other in the middle of smoking chicken and now they just spin. I have no idea if they're accurate or not. Now the pointer spins to whatever temp i want. Hope i didn't just ruin 4 whole chickens. Don't buy them. Very cheap.
