Blacksmith Knife set
Been wanting to get a Brisket knife for a while, and got a 3 piece set. The blades of each of the knives are 11", 6" & 5". Strong, sturdy and sharp knives in an awesome protective roll up case. Well worth the cost.

!! Careful VERY sharp !!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent steak knife set! Extremely sharp so take extra caution when cleaning knives. The wrap it comes with is very much appreciated & needed. Overall I definitely suggest this kit if you're into knives that work.

Hard to find better. Especially for the price
Top notch. Sold else where of course at a higher price and mostly you will pay for shipping. Wal-Mart is my Go To.

Incredibly sharp!
Got as a Christmas gift and have bbq duck, pork butt since. Knife slides through meat slick , handles good! Completes my set up! Thanks!

EXCELLANT BALANCE AND FEEL
I purchased this set about a month ago and have used four times. They are of a high quality and one knife could cost as much as the set. I have more expensive knives that do not match up to this set. Highly recommend for the weekend cooks.

This set of knives is a must have if you grill brisket. Quality steel with razor sharp edges. Handles are comfortable to grip. Perfect knife for trimming meat, ready to smoke. Slicing knife works great on brisket and whole hams. Serving knife is a bonus. The storage bag is nice, but the design on snap closure was done by an idiot. With the three knives in bag the snaps are difficult to fasten.

Blacksmith knife set with roll.
The two larger knives get four stars. The smallest is a bad example of a sarated knife. It gets two stars. So if you need a decent brisket knife and a large slicer, this is an OK set. For the price they are great.

These knives are great for the purpose they are designed… not top of the line but they sharpen up razor sharp.
