Oklahoma Joe's® Blacksmith 3-Piece Knife Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent steak knife set! Extremely sharp so take extra caution when cleaning knives. The wrap it comes with is very much appreciated & needed. Overall I definitely suggest this kit if you're into knives that work.

I purchased this set about a month ago and have used four times. They are of a high quality and one knife could cost as much as the set. I have more expensive knives that do not match up to this set. Highly recommend for the weekend cooks.

Been wanting to get a Brisket knife for a while, and got a 3 piece set. The blades of each of the knives are 11", 6" & 5". Strong, sturdy and sharp knives in an awesome protective roll up case. Well worth the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Oklahoma Joe's - Blacksmith 3-piece Knife Set for 2 weeks and I have to admit they are the best set of knives I've owned! I look forward to using these knives for years. They feel great in my hand and are very well made. The hand grip is very solid and the knives are indeed sharp. I like the utility knife the best. The boning knife could be a little more flexible but still works great. I like the special case to protect my new favorites! These would make a great house warming gift or Fathers Day present! I highly recommend them to all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blacksmith 3-Piece Knife Set is a versatile addition to my kitchen. The knives arrived with a decent edge on them. The slicing knife works well for slicing thin slices out of large cuts of meat. I used it on a roast beef and the thin slices did not shred. The utility knife sliced a slightly soft tomato with no problem. I was able to cut thin slices that did not shred. The forked end worked well to remove the tomato core and pick up slices. I don't often cook meat bones but the boning knife is a handy side for many other cutting chores. I like that they are full tang and appear to be solidly constructed and fairly balanced. Highly recommend!

Ok this set has three knives and you can use them for everything...so much more than just brisket or grilling! I love the wraparound carrying case with snaps. I can take these knives with me to friends' houses, dinner parties, etc and it makes it so easy. The first time we used these knives we did t expect them to be that good, or should I say, maybe we hadn't realized how bad our regular knives we had been using were. I would highly recommend these to anyone and would say you should definitely

This set of knives is a must have if you grill brisket. Quality steel with razor sharp edges. Handles are comfortable to grip. Perfect knife for trimming meat, ready to smoke. Slicing knife works great on brisket and whole hams. Serving knife is a bonus. The storage bag is nice, but the design on snap closure was done by an idiot. With the three knives in bag the snaps are difficult to fasten.

The two larger knives get four stars. The smallest is a bad example of a sarated knife. It gets two stars. So if you need a decent brisket knife and a large slicer, this is an OK set. For the price they are great.
