showed up super fast..been a stick burner smoker for years..moved to a pellet smoker 4 years ago although it's nice and convenient..it doesn't deliver that true bark..can't wait to get back to the old ways..btw still keeping the pellet..it has many great qualities.

great for amateurs
I got this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He wanted a smoker he could "set and forget" and this is just that. Once you get the hang of it, it is a very easy smoker for beginners.

The smoker was missing parts, one week since I received it and not able to use it. The dealer said 6 weeks back order to get the missing part. Un- Expectable that the vendor don't have parts on the shelve.

Expect missing and broken pieces, and no Cust Ser
Package arrived fast, but missing the axel for wheels, missing handle for the smoker, missing the shelf, was supposed to have a plate on back to engrave but that was missing. The temperature guage was missing. I contacted the seller 2 times with no response.
