Oklahoma Joe's® Longhorn Offset Smoker Cover

As with the last two covers I've had, this cover fits well. My only negative is the velcro strap on firebox end does not connect.... it's too short. The material is susceptible to becoming brittle due to the outdoor environment. But it stays pliable for long enough to only replace it when the stitching starts to give way.

If you have the Longhorn smoker, you should have this cover. It's not cheap plastic like most grill covers. It's real sturdy. The only problem I found is a result of not having room in my shed for the smoker over the winter. the cover fades from UV in the sunlight and wears over winter. But, for the price, I can get a new on every year. I am going to try some UV protectant spray on it this year, though.

The smoker cover was exactly what I was looking for. It fits perfect and I could not be more pleased. I have had this cover about a year, I think, and it still looks new. I expect it will give many years of protection for my Oklahoma Joe Longhorn Smoker, which I will keep from now on because of it's ability to compliment my smoking ability whether it is brisket or pork.

I bought my Longhorn smoker May 2 of this year and in the last month I have done 6 chickens 48 burgers, 2 - 9 pound boston butts and a brisket. I am learning the ins and outs of kepping smoke going and just the general upkeep of the smoker. I bought the cover and not only does it look great it has kept water out of the smoker completely.

let me say that I really wanted to store my new smoker safely since it would be out in the elements 24 - 7 .. the cover fits perfect in every way, over the smoke stack, charcoal barrel and plate form shelf .. this really makes the smoker look nice as well when covered .. am very please with the product

Like it but wind blew half of it off, needs another strap.

The product is made from a very dense high quality fabric. It fits the exhaust stack snug but it loose every where else. I would have given the product 5 stars but it blows away every time we get some North Dakota wind which is a daily event(15-25mph.) It needs some kind of strap at the bottom to tighten the cover so it don't blow away.

The cover fits but the picture of the logo on website does not properly represent real size of logo which is, much, much smaller than picture. True size of logo is maybe 2 inches wide, the picture on website makes it seem like it's at least 1 to 2 feet wide. Also plan to make modifications to cover to keep it on if you get some wind because it will blow off on non chimney side.

It is a shame that this is the only cover for my Ok Joe Longhorn that actually fits the smoker because these things wear out in about 5-6 months. I live in CO where there is plenty of sunshine but within about 2 months the cover has taken a much lighter shade. At about 5-6 months the cover is so withered that you need to be very careful taking the cover off or you are going to tear it. At 8 months you might as well not move the cover because any movement is going to tear it.
