Product works well in my smoker. The welds could be better to make it last longer, but it hasn't let me down.

Not wide enough
I Purchased this a month ago and it's a good idea but the rib rack needs to be wider it's not good for Saint Louis ribs it's not wide enough the leg rack seems to be good

Rib flex rack
Bought the entire flex rack system-2 mult purpose flex racks and one rib flex rack. The rib flex rack I received is only 8.5" wide. The website shows it is 9" wide. Needless to say, it doesn't fit. Now I am going round and round with Char-broil trying to get the correct rib flex rack. The website has the wrong rib flex rack when ordering under accessories for the Rider DLX. Everything else I ordered fit (2 multi purpose flex racks and the grill cover) LOVE the smoker!!!

Not long enough for spare ribs, seems only to work with baby back ribs

Doesn't fit a full rack of ribs.
I bought this a couple weeks ago for my new Highland Offset. I'm not a fan. It won't hold a full rack of St Louis style pork ribs. I have to cut the rack in half, and even then a larger rack touches the lid when closed. Kinda sad, as I really like the other flex racks.
