Great fit and easy to install

Easy to install, adjust, and use. Along with the gasket, it provides a great seal for the lid.

I bought these and on the first use I was more than pleased.

I wish that these "factory recommended" latches came istalled with the grill. It's crazy to have to go spend extra money on something that is recommended. Not only that, but it's a little scary to drill into something that I just paid so much money for! It didn't even come with a template, and I'm about to drill holes in a very expensive smoker that I could potentially ruin. Luckily, I'm mechanically inclined....I'm sure I can figure this out, but feel bad for the next customer who might not be! It really should come with the smoker! Also, I've read in other reviews that the rubber bumpers wear out quickly. Am I expected to keep purchasing replacements? Not cool. I however, love the smoker.....best purchase ever!

Fast and Easy to install. Secured the smoker door tightly and worked very well. Used in conjunction with a gasket-No more loss of heat or smoke

After seasoning the smoker, then smoking a pork shoulder. I noticed a lot of smoke (and heat) leaking from the lid. Installed the gasket & latch kit. Major improvement, a must have. Wish it came equipted from the factory with these.

I've been using these latches in conjunction with the door gasket seal on my Highland Reverse Flow smoker. It is now the best smoker I've ever used! Eggs, various kettle smokers, I own and use them all. As for low and slow, this is the one I go to!

I bought the judge about a month ago and love it. I bought it for high temp sear for my steaks However I occasionally do some smoking. Well the judge leaks a lot of smoke so I bought the high temp sealer tape for the lid and it helped. I also bought the twin latch pack but have no idea of where I can attach them. I can't find any pictures or or info as to where they can be installed. So as far as I know they were designed for the offset smokers rather than the Judge. Please anyone with the knowledge of their installation and placement please help an old guy out.

Easy to install if you have the correct drill bit. These really work to improve the seal. However, after the third use, the rubber bumpers started falling apart.
