i really like this ham, reminds me of an old fashion ham we used to get as kids. the texture is great, never found a hard chewy part which turns me off from most hams. value is great for the quality of the ham. highly recommend

Taste and texture is like left over Christmas ham if sliced thicker! My family loves it heated with biscuits for breakfast and cold on sandwiches and in salads.

Ol' Farmer's Ham is the best deli ham I've ever had. I order if whenever u want to make sandwiches if a chef's salad. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good taste and a good price.

My favorite hat from Walmart it's salty like I like, but not too salty. I don't like the sweet ham unless I cook a spiral myself and it's a very good price. I usually buy 2 pounds at a time.

This is the best by far "ole time" country smoked ham on the market and is 5Star all the way. The reason for knocking off one star is Walmart Deli. I was using this ham for sandwiches, etc. thin sliced but for some reason I am getting ham steaks (3/4 lb of ham is 6 slices!) and it totally useless for sandwiches, etc. unless you eat with a knife %26 fork with grits or something. There is no to tell the Deli to slice it thin for sandwiches, etc. like the other stores I buy from on line they have a place to make a note of what you want. Outside this little Walmart issue this is the only ole' time country ham I buy, none better.

My only problem with ordering lunch meat is that yiu csn not say how you woukd like the neat sliced! I like my lunch meat sliced thin. We dont get to choose the thickness. Until you cirrect that i will not be buying any more lunch meat!!

I Love this ham ,and so I ordered a pound of it .and I have ordered it quite a bit within the last year and I guess because I am getting my order delivered I got the thickest ham slices there more lkke a ham stake ,its the same with my american cheese ,and i got pictures if you like to see .

This ham has little to no flavor. it was substituted for a cherrywood ham. it should have been substituted for a sweeter ham. Also someone needs to tell the deli worker NOT to put the label on the seam of the ziplock. it ruins the bag when you try to open it. First you have to try to remove the label which doesn't always work.

This is usually a great item. The quality was lacking on my last purchase. I did a return online but they wanted me to bring the item back to the store. I was not worth a 10 mile drive to return a $5 purchase.

i get thus ham a lot because its delicious. However...I ordered it delivered and they sliced it so thick that there were only 5 slices to a half lb! I got this to last a week of lunches! Normally half a lb would do fine. I ask for it to be sliced thin. There is no recourse to indicate how thick or thin you want it if you order delivery. Even so, this thick is ridiculous.
