I bought one of these for my dog, when she was just a pup, and that was about a year ago. The bone is still doing strong. The filling is gone though. As a treat, I do sometimes refill it with peanut butter. We got a new dog, and they were constantly fighting over the one bone, so we bought a couple more, and they love them. They chew on them all the time. Normally, my dogs chew up their bones/chew toys so fast. These ones last a long time, and they're not even that expensive.
I bought one in store and ordered 2 online. Both came in the peanut butter flavor however they were both a good size so my dog can have them. These are way cheaper then other places as their so expensive. The one I bought in store he ate and it didn't break or crack or splinter and he has not gotten a upset stomach or anything so far. Will probably order these on a consistent basis as it keeps him busy and he seems to really enjoy them. Also keeps his teeth pretty clean.. his breath not so much.
These are the best bones for dogs I've ever bought. It's the only thing that my dog finds indestructible! And he has tried many other toys and bones!!!
My pitbull (super chewer) loves them. When she can't get more filling out, I fill with more peanut butter or spray cheese.
Boy, are these things HARD and heavy. Don't drop them on your foot. It's a plus that they are short because the dog can get more of the stuffing, but they get tired of trying and not being able to get any "reward", so you just end up throwing them away.
the description is wrong or they grab the wrong product, its only one bone. both times ive ordered ive gotten a single peanut butter bone. price isnt bad for just one, i just expected two.
You can't pick one large or one small When you order. The company chooses which one they will send to you.
These recently have gone down hill in quality. I used to buy them all the time for our dog because he was a heavy chewer. They always were great and he loved them. Well I bought ones for Christmas and they started to split and break. He ended up with a bowel obstruction and we had to put him down. Our first family dog, he was a month away from being 3. He was still a baby. He didn't deserve to have his life cut short.
Bought for my dogs for Easter. Opened them and they were shredding, meaning the write stuff on the outside was shredded/shedding making sharp pieces to come off. Thin pieces but sharp which could of easily hurt my dogs. Days later the second one did it as well. I decided to throw them away before I ended up needing to take my dog to the vet. Will not buy again from Walmart because I have never had any other problems from other stores with a similar product.
These bones chipped away and my dog's literally choked on the pieces. I had white bone chips all over my rug. Sorry but I will be buying a different brand that I had before.
