has multiple uses for our shopping and easier to get on the bus because of the tires on this cart. This is also one that is replacing the one we've had a good 7 years

Not as sturdy as I thought

The bag looked fine . Easy to assemble. But when I went to use it I discovered that the pull cord wasnt in correctly. It only came out in one of the holes and there wasnt any way to get it out. So I had to return it.

Oh, boy. First, the box was so flimsy it was open with a dent in one supporting arm. The handle is cheap plastic, no instructions , there was a cheap peace of thin MDF to put in the bag, but no shelf to hold it. I've bought many of these over the years, and this was by far the cheapest and so disappointing I threw it out….not worth even returning.

It's too small; how do I return it?

Not sturdy and not enough room
