Olaplex Bond Maintenance No. 4 Shampoo & No. 5 Conditioner, 8.5 oz Combo Pack

Love this as my hair felt the difference the first time using this. You only need a quarter size drop because it lathers very well. Drip it in your hand and rub your hands together for 15-20 seconds and apply to your hair massaging the scalp first and working your way down to the ends. I take hairtamin gummy vitamins so that is also a big help. I will be purchasing more products from this line such as the number 3 . . My hair stays so nice and clean for 5 days with this brand and then I have to wash my hair again on day 5 . I have long thick hair so it does well with this brand of shampoo plus my Hairtamin Vitamins.

Kept seeing videos about how good this was so I decided to try it for my dry, split end, frizzy hair. After a couple washes my hair was so much nicer, now I'm halfway through the bottles and recommend it to everyone l. I've been getting tons of compliments on my hair and it isn't falling out as much as it was. I was a fan of redken before, and still am, but it wasn't helping my summer heat hair and this is. It smells really nice too.

When the bottles arrived they seemed wrong (see the bottles on the left purchased from Sephora vs. the bottles on the right from Walmart). However, it could have just been for a Canadian market, so we opened one and it was obviously drug store shampoo with a floral scent and everything. Terrible counterfeit - not even remotely passable.

This is fake!!! It smells totally different. And the label is not the same as mine (bought them from Sephora). This is not right! They should be ashamed of themselves.

COUNTERFEIT! Do not buy! I bought this because it's half price everywhere else. I was surprised and should have known. When I got it, I first noticed the color was a little off on the shampoo, but didn't think much of it. When I opened the shampoo I immediately noticed the smell was COMPLETELY different from Oleplex. The shampoo also didn't lather well and was not as think, which is a signature of Oleplex. I had the same experience with the conditioner. I opened it and it smelled completely different and was not even close to as think. I still had some Oleplex conditioner leftover in another bottle, so I competed side by side. Not even close! Walmart should be ashamed for selling such a product!

I use this Olaplex shampoo and conditioner routinely and was excited to find it at a better price on walmart.com as compared to the store in which I usually purchase it. It is definitely not the same product, both the shampoo and conditioner are thinner, have a different smell, and leave my hair frizzy… so I'm not sure if it was made at a different manufacturing facility or is not a genuine Olaplex product? The writing on the bottles are a little different print/font from my last purchased bottles but unsure what the case actually is.

This is definitely not Olaplex. If it is something major happened with the mix or shipping. It's not the same color, texture, or smell of Olaplex and I was quick to compare to the other bottle I had that was purchased at Ulta. I thought I was getting a hot deal when I saw this combo priced at $30 but seems I got scammed.

I received the product and I compared it with previous Olaplex bottles I'm using and I feel it's not authentic rather a copy of the product . There are a lot of differences in writing and the bottle quality and engraving .

It's a copy of the original olaplex product. It doesn't have the same smell and texture. I can't believe that Walmart is selling this type of product without knowing that it's not the real one deceiving customers. Label them without any differences from the original

DO NOT BUY!!! These are counterfeit. They are putting some other shampoo or god knows what in the bottles and selling them as Olaplex. It damaged my hair, smelled funny and broke my skin out. This is a huge safety issue and I went to customer service about it and got not help but they said they would “escalate the issue and notify the seller.” As if the seller doesn't already know they're selling counterfeit items. I didn't even know Walmart sold items like this from third-party sellers, but apparently they do and everyone should be very careful buying anything from Walmart online since they do this. If anyone knows how to escalate this to someone who could help I would love to or if anyone is an attorney and would like to start a case on this that would be great also. This is awful and could be extremely dangerous if they put something in the bottles that could severely hurt you or something that someone was allergic to. After reading other reviews it seems like everyone else has had the same issue and I would think that Walmart would stop allowing this seller to sell to their customers after so many bad reviews but after the weak response I got from customer service I'm actually not surprised sadly.
