the holy grail of hair routine
the mother of all and best shampoo for processed hair. Styling and feel of hair is noncomparable. great products. shampoo lathers wonderfully and you don't need a lot. It has improved the texture of my hair which is grey and processed. It is not so dried out and doesn't fuzz out like it used too.

this was actually my second time ordering this product.. it's absolutely amazing!!! ... like magic!! I am à stylist ...ajà me ton get this result from a salon it would have taken several hundred dollars and multiple appointments... .. I now have a red carpet ready natural head of hair for Penny's compared to what qitq would have wtàkwm from salon... spa day at home!!¡!! like Botox for hair!!!! wow wow wow !!! I'm so hàppy !!!

Did not receive package
USPS claimed to have delivered the package to my front door, however, it was not. Carrier did not provide photographic evidence of delivery, and customer service representatives declined assistance because missing packages can only be reported after 48 hours.
