The reformulation is absolutely horrible. I went from having crystal clear skin to horribly red, cracking, inflamed skin with a terrible breakout that would not improve. I have been using this for years and will never purchase another Olay product. 6 months later, my skin is still not back the way it was and I only used the reformulated product for a month. Bring back the version without niacinamide and HA, everyone hates this.

Bring back the old formula. My mother uses this and I use the sensitive version. You have ruined both products for loyal customers! We both have had negative reactions to both moisturizers now. Look at your recent comments about the switch. Your research team is useless if they do not change the formula back. None of us want to contact you. We want you to CHANGE THE FOMULA BACK TO WHAT IT WAS. Any profits lost is sabotage by your own team

I am so disappointed in Olay. All of my other beauty and makeup products have been reformulating these past few years and I would always say to myself, thank god for my Olay moisturizer. It is perfect and I know it's never going to change. It hydrates, doesn't clog my skin and doesn't irritate my rosacea. I have used it since I was 15 years old. That's 20 years!! I had planned to use this product for a lifetime. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!!! It burns, it doesn't sink into your skin, clogged pores everywhere, stings my sensitive skin. I have actually cried about this product reformulating. It made me feel beautiful and confident now I'm completely lost and will never trust Olay ever again.

I'm 52 years old. During my pre-teen years, my grandmother started me on the original Oil of Olay when she saw me checking out her vanity. I NEVER had a breakout in my teens or any adverse reaction. I stuck with it even through the 'advanced' addition, shortened name, and deletion of the iconic face. Although the ingredients were similar, I stuck with it, zero reaction. Well, life happened and as moms do, my routine slowed. While recently getting back into my self care routine, I went to the store, noticed the packaging ..ok, it changed yet again..noticed the ingredients have also changed, including the addition of salicylic acid. I got the nastiest itchy flaky skin to the point where my skin became red and DRIED OUT. To be clear, I am not on medications, I do not have eczema, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis and haven't used any other skincare items or spend time outside in the sun. I just wanted Olay. MY Olay. I am begging you to PLEASE go back to the basics. At least have it available for us who know how original Oil of Olay worked for us!

Please bring back the true original. You have so many other products, why mess with something that has lasted for decades. I had been using everyday for over 45 years and now I am at a loss. Struggling to find an alternative. I can not tell you the complements I received over the years as to my skin care and what I used. Always was just the Original Olay of Olay. I have tried your other products and I just can't. I am so upset with this. Yes, change is inevitable, but why why why on something that worked!

There are so few moisturizers I can use on my face, so I'm heartbroken that the formula on this was changed so that it now make my skin burn. Olay beauty fluid was trusted by literally generations of women. And now it's unusable for a lot of us. Coke admitted their mistake back in the 80s. Maybe Olay can too.

This new formula is absolutely terrible. My grandma has flawless skin from it. I've been using this for 6 years. They removed the Mineral Oil and petroleum and added new ingredients. It's no where near the same. I use the equate version now.

What is the matter with your company. You've taken a tried and true and much loved product and messed it up for generations to come. My Mom-bless her soul- introduced me to the original product more than 50 years ago. I could not thank her enough.

I have been using the original for 30 years, passed down from my mom. My esthetician said all her senior clients with beautiful skin have used it for decades. Why would you change it?!? Change it back, please!

I have used the original formula for 40 years. It was a great moisturizer for my sensitive acne prone skin. I cannot tolerate this new formula. I can't apply foundation without using right before applying. I am highly disappointed.
