Old El Paso Chipotle Corn Chowder Soup, Ready to Serve Canned Soup, 18.5 oz

I've started buying this soup regularly. I used to buy the chunky version of this ,but I tried this one time when the chunky was out, and haven't looked back. it's great alone or wth crackers or sandwiches.Its spicier than the other, I think it's yummy .

I rarely eat canned soup but this one caught my attention when I saw it in the soup section. I like chowders for their texture and creaminess, and this one surprised me with all that and the great taste. I thought it was really good and more than likely will buy again when I'm in the mood for a tasty chowder. Thanks, Old El Paso!

I think it's the best corn chowder out there. I've tried all the big brands. It's got a bit of a kick to it, which you may not like if you don't like spicy food. The soup is tangy, rich, thick and satisfying. If you like/love corn chowder, you owe it to yourself to try this one. :-)

i'm not a 'spice girl,' and this brand chowder more spicy than i'd expected although listed on can as 'mild.' HOWEVER, got notion to add CREAM corn [canned] to it and creamy BUTTer and WATER to dilute [and stretch quantity], drowning the spiciness. AND IT WORKED! must admit because of my 'doctoring' chow up DELICIOUSLY PERFECT! TIP: the cream corn sweetens corn chowder taking out bite of spicy AND cooked STARCHY pasta added THICKENS and counteracts the WATER added so no cornstarch needed! THIS REALLY IS TASTIEST CORN CHOWDER, which i loved all my life, EVER TASTED! price is so affordable esp. when this can is more quantity than CHUNKY CAMPBELS brand!! needed only ONE can to fill sauce pan.

This soup is amazing. I am a little sensitive to spices, but this was just right and seasoned perfect. I got one can just to try it out and I'm going to buy more for the family next time I go shopping. It is actually very filling. This definitely did not disappoint.

This soup is more like a thick chowder. I appreciate that there's no meat or chicken in it . It is spicy, but not too hot. Serve with Jiffy cornbread. Yum!

If you have not tried this yet, you are missing out. I do usually add 1/2 can Delmonte Diced potatoes and 1/2 can Delmonte Southwest Style corn to beef it up, but the soup base itself is awesome. Nothing out there like it. Love it

This Corn Chowder Soup has good thickness, good portion of veggies, and is spicy hot. Little too spicy for me personally but if you like some heat, this is a great tasting and texture bought can soup.

The only thing I don't like is the size of the can. It is more than usual size of 12.5 oz. I have to leave out one third of the soup. Which is a wastage.. Other than that it is one of the best tasting Corn Chowder soups...

The broth was creamy and tasty but the vegetables were extremely bad as if had been cooked months ago esp potatoes with that strange stale flavor. I replaced potatoes and corn with frozen birdseye mixed vegetables turning the soup into a delicious arrangement . NOTE:: The creamy broth Did not hv the salty taste. but on can nutritional value sodium is listed as high volume so just keep that in mind.
