Old El Paso Soft TacoBake Dinner Kit, 8.4 oz.

I've been buying and making this for years. I used to put the cheese sauce on the top layer as directed but actually like better mixed through, so I add to beef mixture and stir before layering. I used to add shredded cheddar to the layers when I put the cheese on the top only, but no longer do that. I agree though they should sell the cheese separately that's what makes this so good- and the taco seasoning is different, not as stout as their original taco seasoning. I've also traded the tortillas for low carb ones and saved the ones from the kit for the rest of the family for other taco meals. It has disappeared from stores and then id locate it elsewhere- I hope it doesn't go away. Ever crave something that no long exists that's the worst!!

This is one awesome El Paso product. I am sorry they don't carry it in the stores anymore. It has always been a staple in our pantry forever. I was glad I could get it online. It makes a great, and filling meal.

Our kids love this, discontinuing this product was a terrible idea. Remaining kits are selling for ridiculous prices which should show Old El Paso there is demand.

This is a quick and easy meal. It isn't enough for all four of us because I have teenage boys. However, it is one of their favorites. It is a great weekday meal when I need something fast.

If you like Mexican food, you will like this taco bake kit. It contains everything you need, but I like to add shredded cheese, tomatoes, black olives and sour cream. It comes with tortillas, sauce, and cheese.

We love this product and recipe on the box; though, my wife says she has had to add some extra cheese each time. Problem is, we can't find this dinner kit in our local grocery stores - bummer. We hope this gets resolved soon.

My husband absolutely loves the taste of this kit. Really, you only get a few flour tortillas (4) and taco seasoning & mexican liquid cheese, so it's all your ingredients beyond that, but it's something in the taco seasoning and cheese that i haven't found elsewhere that's keeps me buying it for him.

Do know before you fall for the great picture on the cover. This literally has 4 soft tortillas, a seasoning pack and a small pack with 4 tablespoons of cheese sauce. You do the math but you can definitely put this together for half the price.

If you like saltly it was OK. If it have less season mix I could have givien it a higher review , I did like it.
