My daughter had purchased another brand of this type clay before and in her own words " mom i can tell the difference , this clay is a better quality then the other we bought " . She could tell it was better clay.

as a beginner I didn't know quite what to expect, I was very pleasantly surprised when I received my clay. It's an impressive amount and good quality through out.

I bought this for my daughter and she's in heaven with the large amount. This was the best deal on the internet at the time I ordered it and it's good quality.

I used this for the first time recently and found it easy to use and the tray I made is turning out good. I do recommend reading up on how to use it and preserve the finished product. The images show the tray after putting on the gesso (white primer).

Not sure if it's due to the manufacturing/ brand, or if it's a storage issue, but brand new out of the box the clay feels extremely dry and felt quite difficult to work with. Next time I'll try a different manufacturer to verify, but I actually wasn't able to make the project I wanted because the clay just wasn't soft enough at all.

It's hard already. It was not sealed shut in It's package. The box the package came in was closed good.

With the large amount of clay you can make dozens of small figures and mugs but it does crack and it's not very easy to use. It's messy and to paint the things you make it will take a few coats depending on the quality of paint.

Horrible. Just horrible. I ordered so I could have bulk clay available instead of having to guess and be short on my r Brand. Huge mistake on my part. Trying to sculpt a 2ft figure with a flowing dress and dear baby Jesus the cracking. tried to patch it up to begin with and now I'm stuck with 8 lbs of this horrid stuff. breaks and crumbles so easily. Never getting anything from this company again and I really do question if one of the other comments is correct in this is actual kiln clay and not air dry.

Clay was wrapped in an unsealed plastic bag inside the shipping box and was completely dried out upon opening. This was especially disappointing because it was given as a gift and was totally unusable.

Clay arrived ahead of projected delivery date, a plus. It was shipped inside a box in a plastic bag. This is air dry clay and the bag wasn't sealed even with a twist tied or! I'm fortunate I opened the box and saw this. This is a Christmas gift and hopefully it hasn't effected the quality of this air dry clay and it is still workable!
