If you prefer aluminum free products both go out smoothly and keep you fresh throughout the day it really comes down to whether you want maximum strength way more natural feeling formula.

The white solid old spice fiji antiperspirant doesn't irritate me thank God, anything blue gel does form there like bad rashes but their solid white formula is good and I have very sensitive skin. Maybe will try solid white aluminum free soon but for now this one works and I repeat not the blue gel for me but the white solid deodorant
