For the price I was surprised. Tastes pretty darn decent. It stays good without refrigeration before you open it for the first time. I took it on a kayak trip and made jambalaya. Delicious.

Did not like it, very small package.
It's only 4 oz, that's pretty small for the money and also the meat is mealy tasting and it is so salty, I can honestly say it was awful. But, I certainly appreciate the seller in Vernon, CA to ship this Fedex and Free.
