Great product! Packaging needs improvement.
Love this shampoo! Works great! Brightens up my highlights and gets rid of the bronze. Shipping was very quick. Unfortunately, I lost a little of the product in shipping. The lid should have been taped shut. It had popped open and leaked all over.

The product appeared to have been used when it arrived. The closure is different from other bottles I had purchased elsewhere and it didn't have the inner safety seal. I took that bottle back and got another delivered but same issue.
