I ordered two ProPlus rose irons at QuiltCon 2026. They were delivered very quickly and so far we really like them. The automatic lift feature is great! The shipping box was a little weak but the product box and packaging protected our irons well. One had some sticky residue on the plate but I was able to clean it fairly easily.

I had an issue with my first purchase of the Oliso iron. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised. They gave me steps to try to fix the issue. This did not correct the problem and within a week they sent me a replacement. Very nice people to deal with. And I love the iron.

Absolutely love the ProPlus iron and especially customer service. First the iron stopped its steam function. Customer service walked me through reset instructions but to no avail. Got a warranty replacement in just a few days. After a day the replacement would not turn on. Again after following instructions we returned the iron and I got another replacement within days. Great company. They stand by their products. Thank you.

This is an excellent iron! It heats up well and quickly, is not excessively heavy, and glides nicely over all types of fabric. Steam function is good too. And the feet are amazing! I thought for sure I would notice them while ironing, but they disappear completely when you touch the handle. Can't even tell they're there. The handle itself is comfortable to hold too. I took this to my sewing club and everyone loved it. Definitely less work for the arm than an ordinary iron - once you get used to it. The swiveling cord attachment is a nice feature also and the cord is nice and long. I love this thing!

This is my second iron. I really love it! Easy to use as it is always hot and in the down position so I can grab it after positioning the fabric or project. The company honors its warranty when I had a problem and is easy to work with. Worth the money!

When I dropped my little project Oliso iron and it broke a little door off to the water reservoir I was broken hearted. I reached out after I attempted to glue it back together w crazy glue. I wished to order another part but they didn't have that part available for order. Instead they reached out to me and gave me a big discount on whatever iron I wanted to order. Henceforth, I chose the Pro Plus in Rosé. It came the next day! It heats up very quickly and irons beautifully. That said there is a learning curve to the feet coming down the second you take your hands off the iron. I'm still deciding if I love it. It works really well. Somehow I wish I could disable the legs. I looked into it and a similar older model has that option. I took one star off because I'm just not sure how much I will love reaching for it. I'm willing to use it for a while to decide if it's a love or a tolerate and come back and either add another star or return it.

The first Oliso Iron I received worked three weeks before it died. I was not impressed with what I had to go through to get it replaced. First of all, I couldn't take it back to the Walmart I purchased it from. Customer Service (or Support as the Oliso people referred to it. ) was not helpful. Their response was slow and they had me go through steps that took three days to complete because they were so slow to respond. Additionally, they continued to insist that I had to send the Iron back to them. They would not consider sending me a replacement until they received the Iron that didn't work. It was going to take over a month to resolve the situation. At least that is what I was told. That isn't what happened. They actually mailed me a new Iron almost immediately after they received notice that the dead Iron was on the way to them. I was surprised. The reason I gave them 4 stars is they finally did the right thing. The Iron I have now is great. Lots of steam and I love the ceramic sole plate. Ceramic sole plates offer superior, gentle gliding and even heat. They are perfect for delicate fabrics but I like them for cotton fabrics, too.

Olisio just replaced my iron for the second time. Each one lasted about 18 months. I use it a couple of hours once a week. Shouldn't an iron this expensive last longer than that? I love the iron but the quality needs to be better. At least customer service is fantastic! Be sure to keep your receipt! You will probably need it.

Was obviously not a new iron. Did not know that on the order. I told the iron was none available but saw in my email was ordered and when it would arrived. When it arrived and I had looking at the order I looked noticed it was from a Noking front Oliso. There was no invoice in box. Apparently it was hijacked when I was trying to order. Not happy!

It took two+ weeks to complete what should have been a straightforward return, and throughout that time I was repeatedly asked the same questions by different representatives. This was both time‑consuming and unnecessarily stressful. This is also the second iron I've had to return due to product issues. At this point, the combination of repeated defects and an inefficient return process has been extremely disappointing.
