Olive & June Gel Nail Polish, Obsessed, 0.46 fl oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a little trial and error but I was able to get the hang of it in a few tries and now I won't be going back to the salon! Also there's basically no damage to my nails, wayyy better than salon gel/acrylics in that regard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Obsessed is a versatile polish depending on how many layers you do - if you do one or even two, it'll be more of a jelly ruby tone. As I wanted a deeper shade for fall, I kept going. I found that it takes three layers to get it. So, don't panic if you still don't have that nice dark red! Just keep your layers thin, keep going, and know you're basically getting two shades in one bottle ;)

It comes out slightly lighter, pinkier and more rich jewel tone than the bottle appears, but I am sure you could achieve the darker look with a few more coats. Used as a French tip as well as base with polka dots and looks amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color, but this is more of a jelly than a normal polish. Disappointing, I wish it had been advertised that way. I probably won't buy again unless they make this color into a cream formula.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Obsessed is a beautiful gel polish. I have both the LL and Gel versions of this color and there is a difference in the color between the two. Although I love the gel, it is definitely a lighter color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very excited for this color but unfortunately the formula is more of a jelly than a normal creme polish. All other colors of olive and June have been very opaque even with one coat where this is still transparent after two. The photo with multiple swatch colors are all Olive and June with 2 coats to show the difference.

I applied 3 coats and couldn't get it to the desired color. I don't like the puffy look of multiple coats like this. it is a shade or two lighter than pictured.

I used 3 coats on one hand, 4 coats on the other. This color is not buildable at all. I will be trying a black gel underneath. This is more like ruby red glass shade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited for these polishes, but over half of the polished in my kit had the caps break off from the black brush holder underneath. This means I can't open/close/paint well with them, and the nail polish has gotten goopy. I haven't used any of them more than once, so super disappointing.
