Olive & June Gel Nail Polish - Shacket

I'd suggest that this color goes with everything, but as soon as I type that I'm sure I'll find something that I don't like with it. Their gel system comes with great instruction and is easy to apply - sure, there's a learning curve, but there is for everything. After 3 applications you begin to feel like a pro. My hubby even loves using them!

Shacket is THE fall nail color! Such a pretty fawn brown, I've received tons of compliments. It applies and wears so well. No streaks, opaque coverage in two coats. I'm really happy I gave this shade a try

This is my new favorite color! I have tried SO many different companies and this is BY FAR the best!!!! I have never had nails that stayed on this long without chips, outside of a salon!!! I am in love and will stick with this company forever!!!

Beautiful neutral color! I added forest themed stickers to my gel mani with this color, and it was perfect! I'm a newbie when it comes to nails (my resolution was to stop biting my nails this year), so I'm still learning. But the ease of Olive and June's gel system (along with all the beautiful colors) has been so fun to use!

I only bought 1 gel polish to give the line a try. I was totally impressed. Now I will say that I have a habit of flooding my cuticle and I refuse to heavily buff my nails (both of which effect wear time) but the coverage was great and i took it off because i was looking for a change not because it was a mess. I may get a more Nutella shade to see JUST how long it really will stay put!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gel polish in Shacket is so thick that you can't apply it. It sticks to itself rather than the brush or the nail and just kind of forms a giant slug-like thread between the bottle and brush…. Sort of like that slime stuff we used to play with as kids. Anyway it's completely impossible to apply. Even if you do get it on a nail and wipe away the threads of it coming off the top of your nail it then beads up into patches when you cure it. This went straight in the trash. Ironically I had ordered another color from them (mulberry) to try it out before I spent money on the whole system and that color was fine. I'm hesitant to order more since there seems to be a 50/50 chance of them being useable.
